Overview:
Reporting directly to the Director of Capital Markets, this position will play a pivotal role in building and refining portfolio-level financial models. You'll collaborate closely with project development, and asset management teams, contributing your knowledge in financial modeling to support new market and product offerings.
This position will include a supporting capital market transactions – both debt and tax equity , working with banking relationships, third party stakeholders and collaboration with various teams across the organization. This will be inclusive of financial modeling and analysis, structuring, engagement with capital providers (debt, tax equity, and equity), supporting the negotiation and execution of third-party financing deals including tax equity partnerships, project finance and credit.
