HSL Care is Hiring a Lead Medication Technician Near Pittsburgh, PA

```Duties```

_ Complete DME and RASP forms within the required time frame as per DPW regulations.
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed dosage and schedule
- Document medication administration accurately and timely in medical records
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, if necessary
- Assist with physical examinations under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional
- Provide hospice care to residents in need
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents

```Requirements```

_ Must be experienced with RASP and DME Forms
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with residents
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
