Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds and vacuuming
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and cleaned according to standards
• Notify management of any damages, deficits, or disturbances
• Uphold strict confidentiality and respect guest privacy
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a harmonious work environment

Requirements:

• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person!
