What you’ll do:

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Managers (Restaurant Head Coach!) to join our team. Our Restaurant Head Coaches are passionate leaders, on-their feet thinkers and inspirational motivators, sound like you? 

Ownership and full responsibility for- - -

• Planning and Organization of restaurant including; operations, P&L management and people
• Team Member Development – staffing, developing and coaching
• Creating an environment of hospitality through meaningful interactions with guests, empower your team members to create meaningful interactions
• Problem Solving – conflict resolution with team members and customers
• Delivering Results – in line with Modern Market standards and goals

What you’ll have:

• Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant general manager experience
• P&L management experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred
• Managed and developed 25 team members
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while also maintaining high operational standards
