Job Summary:

Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients. Works under the direct and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing or designee but is independent in the application of advanced nursing knowledge and skills. Manages complex clinical situations for which he/she is responsible.

Team Member to Elder ratio: k2 1:17 and k1 2:14

Required Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Practical Nursing program (LPN).
• Active certification as an LPN is required
• Must be CPR certified.
• Minimum of one (1) year working with the frail and elderly, preferred
