Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our team. As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing landscape maintenance jobsites . This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various landscape maintenance tasks

- Execute landscaping maintenance projects, instllation of plants, and other tasks clients may need while on the job site

- Provide guidance and instruction to team members on proper techniques for yard care, tree care, garden maintenance, and irrigation

- Ensure that all work is completed according to established timelines and quality standards

- Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies; coordinate with management for procurement as needed

- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify any issues or areas in need of improvement

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by team members

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team

- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, including plant installation, shrub/tree trimming, garden maintenance, and irrigation systems

- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment and tools

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship

- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
