2 FT Day Position 12/HR Shifts - Mobile, AL - Pediatric patient
1 FT Day Position 12/HR Shifts - Mobile, AL - Adult Quad patient
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 care in the patient’s home.
Implement treatment and plan of care using sound judgment and critical thinking.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes.
Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to the company policy, procedures, and protocols.

Registered Nurse (RN)Qualifications:
An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is provided
Minimum of (1) yearnursing experience
Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational and multi-tasking skills
In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray
Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull
Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds
