Position Summary

The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team at Complete Care. The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care to patients who present with a wide variety of illnesses and injuries. This position will require a high degree of critical thinking and clinical expertise in working with urgent and emergency clinical presentations.
Serves as point of contact for lab at the ER assigned and assists the physician/provider in carrying out physician/provider delegated orders and tasks regarding labs. You are expected to have impeccable customer service skills, be willing to make post discharge phone calls, conduct documentation reviews, and feed-off positive patient reviews. Requirements
Current Texas Nursing License in good standing
MUST have 2 years of emergency room nursing experience
Current BLS, ACLS and PALS obtained through American Heart Association
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Windows and EMR/EPM systems
Expertise
Reliant, trustworthy and dependable
Exceptional technical skills (IV, local anesthesia, Foley, etc.)
Ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintain excellent patient care
Document pertinent data in a concise manner
