Overview

LPC, LPA, BCBA OR LCSW -- MUST BE FULLY LICENSED. BILINGUAL PREFERRED

Our evidence-based programs and therapies are designed to give youth and adults more positive, active, and social lives. We conduct appointments in a variety of locations. These include residential homes, schools, family homes, workplaces, and other community-based settings.

Responsibilities

Conducts ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served

Communicates between supervisors, direct care staff members, family members, guardians, and collateral individuals regarding an individuals progress

Provides a tentative schedule to supervisors of appointments, home visits, and observations for to monitor work advancement

Coordinates home visits to meet the requirements of in-home observations, chart reviews, staff interviews, and data analysis

Ensures implementation of the program plan is effective and properly carried out

Participates in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other pertinent meetings as required

Completes monthly and quarterly progress notes

Organizes trainings to certify staff and other team members are competent on the implementation of the program plan and/or documentation sheets

Provides follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations for continued support of an individuals needs

Maintains records to guarantee information is readily available to interested parties

Acts as liaison with the public and mental health community to provide support with development goals

Assists in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs for individuals

Qualifications

Experience with behavioral intervention, and/or a strong educational emphasis on the principles of learning and developmental psychology

Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges

Additional Job Information

Need LPA(Licensed Psychological Associate), LPC, LCSW to do behavior support plans for IDD populations (mostly adults) in waiver homes and some in ICFs. Needs to be fully licensed

Salary Range

USD $35.00 - $40.00 / Hour
