What We're Looking For: We're seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team. Our focus is on providing support to individuals diagnosed with developmental and physical disabilities. Applicants for this role must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to tasks, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Candidates should be physically capable of performing duties without lifting restrictions and exhibit a positive attitude towards their work.
Responsibilities: As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care tasks, accompanying individuals on outings to community events, volunteer opportunities, recreational activities, and medical appointments. Additionally, you'll provide respite care within the homes of the individuals, offering support to their families.
Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid Driver's License
• CNA certification preferred

Location: Positions are available in Newton, Belmont, Lexington, Burlington, and Woburn, with a specific need for availability on weekends or in the afternoons. Employee must be willing to travel up to 45 minutes.
Compensation and Benefits: This is a part-time position with compensation ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Benefits include a flexible schedule and paid time off for employees who work Full Time or Part Time. Employees start out as a 1099 employee and after 90 days, there is an option to switch to a w2 Employee.
