We are a young non-profit organization looking to add behavioral staff to our in home and in community programs. We work with individuals from age 4 all throughout adulthood with many of our individuals being between the ages of 14 and 30 years old.
We provide ongoing training and support to our employees, can provide supervised hours for BACB licensure if needed, and pay between $21-$29 per hour. We utilize naturalistic and incidental teaching methods and our services focus on building skills the individual will need throughout their life. Their is lots of room for growth as we continue creating programs and program models!
Examples of common goals we work on are volunteering goals, exercise goals, learning how to navigate the community, life skills goals and work collaboratively with families to assess, identify and create a plan on achieving the individuals' goals. Our goals are to always keep the individual at the center of all programming.
We are currently looking for employees available between the hours of 8am-3pm Monday-Friday.
