**Position Summary**

Accountable for operating automatic and/or manual equipment to process batches of bulk materials/ingredients in accordance with operating procedures

**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities:

Operating chemical or mechanical batch process equipment (e.g., mixers, grinders, filter presses, dryers, filtering equipment, furnaces, coolers, pressure chambers, chemical reaction tanks, etc.)

Performing quality control analyses as required to complete in-process batches and identifying variations from standards

Participating in training for hazardous material handling and emergency procedures

Other duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications**

Requires a high school diploma/GED, plus an

Associates degree or minimum 5 years relative operations experience.
