Job Details
Responsibilities:
Handle general commercial litigation tasks including preparing pleadings, initiating and responding to paper discovery, and taking and defending depositions.
Federal and state court litigation experience.
Strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills.
Exceptional project management skills and work ethic.
Manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues.
Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Excellent academic credentials.
Admitted to practice law in Florida.
Pluses:
AmLaw 100 law firm experience.
Experience in product liability, ADA, construction, real estate, or class action litigation.
Prior federal law clerk experience.
