YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
  • Actively pursuenew opportunities and applications within the water treatment marketof the assigned region.
  • Workwith Generalist Sellers to identify potential Water TreatmentBusiness within the seller's territory. Accompany the seller oncustomer calls and support them throughout the sales process.
  • UtilizeSalesforce to ensure opportunities become part of the official pipeline,are valid and transparent
  • Sell watertreatment solutions, demonstrate an understanding of all solutions, andeffectively communicates our products and value to customers.
  • Develop anunderstanding of the customer's individual needs through water testing andneeds analysis.
  • Providetechnical support to key clients in assigned territory includingpre-bid support and budget estimates
  • Sell corrosion& scale inhibitors, coagulants, flocculants, biocides,bio-augmentation, , carbon, and reverse osmosis products.
  • Maintainaccurate, detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the potential of eachaccount in assigned territory
  • Comprehension ofBid packages and requirements for retaining and establishing strongcustomer base
  • Communicate withall current and potential customers on a regular basis, providingsolutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned salesregion for the water treatment industry.
  • Coordinate withother members of the sales team and team leaders as needed to generatesales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Submit reportson your sales activity regularly into Salesforce and maintain clean andupdated records for all leads and customers.
  • Oversee andensure that customer quotations are kept up to date company wide
  • Control pricingwithin preset company limits in collaboration with product management
  • Maintaincustomer database, forecasting sales and gross profit (monthly, quarterly,yearly)
  • Research,qualify, and introduce new products to BNA management team for possibleinclusion in product portfolio
  • Capacity todevelop sales strategies providing value added services and promoteproducts
  • Ability tocomprehend and foster complex customer relationships

  • Ability tomulti-task - Manages multiple tasks at one time; quickly and accuratelyshifts attention among multiple tasks under distracting conditions withoutloss of accuracy or appearance of frustration.
  • Communicationskills - Reads, writes and speaks fluent English, using appropriategrammar, style and vocabulary. Correctly spells commonly used Englishwords and job specific terms. Demonstrates exceptionally strong writtenand verbal communication skills.
  • Organizationalability - Demonstrates a systematic approach in carrying out assignments.Is very orderly and excels at cutting through confusion and turning chaosinto order.
  • Problem solvingskills - Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze and solveproblems. Decisive in handling difficult problems. Translates problems intopractical solutions and is capable of understanding relationships anddependencies within different metrics and behaviors.
  • Client serviceskills - Consistently ensures the client is provided with attentive,courteous and informative service. Gains and shows personal satisfactionfrom delivering great service.
  • Intellectualability - Accurately and consistently follows instructions delivered in anoral, written or diagram format. Ability to learn on the fly.
  • Computer skills- Comfortably and confidently uses a computer and specialized softwareincluding but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, andSalesforce or a similar CRM program. Capable of quickly researching,extracting data and presenting insightful and actionable information toleadership.
YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor'sDegree preferred.
  • 3 years ofproven sales experience in previous roles. Industry specific experiencerequired.
  • Valid drivinglicense and clean driving record
  • Employment is contingentupon completion of background investigation and pre-employment drugscreening
