I. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Collaborates with patients and insurance representatives to resolve outstanding obligations in a fair and timely manner.
II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments.
B. Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities.
C. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
D. Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
E. Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
F. Investigate and resolve patient or insurance company’s queries.
G. Process adjustments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.70 per hour
