About Chubb's Internships
Chubb's internship program was created to help interns learn, develop and succeed in today's high performing and fast-paced business climate. The internships are designed to include hands-on business assignments in a variety of disciplines and direct interaction with many of our senior executives. As part of this program you will receive:

Successful Chubb interns may also be considered for admission to Chubb's Early Career Development Program, the Chubb Associate Program (CAP) after graduation. CAP is an interdisciplinary program designed to assist in the professional development of select individuals whose performance, previous professional experience at or before Chubb, and educational achievements qualify them for consideration for admission as a Professional Associate.
Specific Responsibilities: Commercial Communications
The North America Commercial Communications Intern will work out of our Whitehouse Station, NJ, office and will leverage marketing/communications tools to drive messaging under the direction of the Manager, North America Commercial Communications and in consultation with senior business leaders. Specific responsibilities may include:
  • Conducting research and support major marketing campaigns
  • Writing, editing and proofreading materials such as press releases, bylined articles, e-marketing copy, industry reports, social media content, executive bios and general internal and external communications for use across various distribution channels
  • Supporting the development and production of marketing and event marketing materials, including product sheets, brochures and tradeshow and event collateral in compliance with Chubb's brand standards.
  • Assist in the production of presentations, videos, and other related interactive assets, ensuring assets are in compliance with Chubb's brand standards
  • Providing oversight in the delivery of communications assets to various audiences through multiple internal and external communications channels (traditional and social media, website, e-marketing, Chubb's Intranet, etc.)
Qualifications

  • Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in many majors will be considered; Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Professional Writing or Public Relations majors are preferred
