An award-winning property management company that specializes in affordable senior living is seeking General Maintenance Technicians who can assist apartment residents in maintaining their homes. There are several positions throughout the greater Pittsburgh area.
Job Description:

• Perform general and preventative maintenance within occupied and vacant apartments as well as common areas
• Responsible for groundskeeping tasks as needed
• Maintain adequate maintenance shop inventory
• Interact with contractors and vendors
• Effectively communicate with residents and team members
• Maintain the cleanliness of all exterior and interior common areas

Qualifications:

• 1 year of relevant experience AND 6 months of training within one of the following trades: carpentry, welding, plumbing/pipe fitting, HVAC, or electric
• -OR- High School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of maintenance experience
• Basic computer skills
• Valid PA Driver’s license may be required to travel between communities
• Must be able to be on call every other weekend (typical hours 9 am-5 pm)
