FACILITIES - BUILDING MAINTAINENCE

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Facilities Tech to join our facilities department. Maintain and service Hensley Beverage buildings at a high level to optimize the quality of the products stored in the facilities. Will perform general builiding maintenance including: plumbing, light electrical, painting, sheetrock, and minor mechanical.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Perform regularly scheduled building and lot maintenance including general cleaning and repair
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair building maintenance items
• Perform basic facility construction
• Adhere to trade safety and environmental safety
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Driver's License
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
• Must be able to work well with others
• Frequently required to work on a ladder
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
