Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from blueprints and documents.

• Track and compare project costs to bids.

• Develop cost standards and strategies for savings.

• Collaborate with project teams on cost adjustments.

• Engage with clients and vendors for accurate estimates.

• Organize estimates for management and operational planning.

• Specialize in cost areas like production, construction, or materials.

• Attend management meetings and visit sites.

• Contribute to marketing and safety compliance efforts.

• Handle additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in evaluating standards and visualizing designs.

• Ready for extended hours and high responsibility.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills.

• Knowledgeable in construction, mathematics, English, customer service, and production.

• Skilled in organization, analysis, and confidentiality.

• Valid Driver’s License required.

Education & Experience:

• BSc in Construction or Civil Engineering.

• 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent training.
