Bowser Automotive is seeking a full-time experienced Deal Poster. The Deal Poster will maintain all aspects of posting deals on vehicles at the dealership.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Contracts in Transit and Vehicle Receivables Status Tracking
• Verify VIN numbers on all paperwork, MSO, and Titles
• Deal Posting and costing
• Rebate Dealer Cash Verification
• Daily Deal Issue Tracking
• Post after sales into Accounting
• Post Trade Driver's hours into Accounting
• Responsible for office supply orders and business cards
• Verify numbers in Finance for State paperwork
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of ONE year experience in Automotive Accounting
• Detailed oriented skills with strong organizational and multitaking skills
• Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle a demanding environment
• Prior experience in accounting software; experience in ADP software a plus
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and people skills - both written and verbal

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for up to 8 hours/day
• Ability to work with computers for up to 8 hours/day
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
