We are currently looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Vineland, NJ. We offer full-time, year-round work, company-paid training, the best pay, benefits, and tools! Work start and end time: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion)
Pay: Up to $33.00/HR depending on experience Spiffs/Bonuses Benefits

Position Summary: Troubleshooting systems and providing maintenance and service on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing customers with a high-quality experience.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- Pass background and drug screen
- EPA Universal Certificate
- 3 years of troubleshooting and Service experience
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Experienced with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Advanced customer service skills
- Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment
- Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
