Match Charter Public School is a free, high-performing charter public school in Boston. We are a PreK-12 school serving 1,250 students. Students gain acceptance to our schools via an annual blind public lottery open to all Boston residents.

Position : Middle School Social Worker (2024-2025)

OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Our middle school has an opening for a full-time social worker to join the faculty for the 2024-2025 school year and beyond. The Social Worker will collaborate closely with teachers, staff and school leadership and will work with some of our highest need students. The School Counselor needs to be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or be eligible for licensure. This position is based at our 300-student middle school located on 215 Forest Hills St. in Jamaica Plain, MA. The social worker reports to the Director of Social and Emotional Learning.
The salary range for full-time counselors new to Match is $67,812-104,899 and is determined by the candidates prior years of full-time counseling experience. Match offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes 90% coverage of employee health insurance costs and up to $150/month in loan repayment assistance.
