Leasing Administrator.

Prepare leases from templates for office and retail leases. Show suburban space for rent all within steps from our Newton office. Maintain vacancy and renewal schedules. Track leases from inception through signed lease.

Experience with Docusign, Word and Adobe necessary. Familiarity with leasing this type space is helpful.

Report directly to the President, work with property management and accounting. Obtain credit reports and review same for lease proposals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
