**Job Description**

Responsibilities:

* Align marketing, engineering, commercial and manufacturing teams to ensure that product strategy is aligned with the business targets

* Drive cost savings initiatives working with commercial, engineering, and manufacturing teams

* Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns

* Work within the business unit to eliminate roadblocks to achieving targets (resources, customer agreement, development support)

* Align Bosch and customer requirements to shape future product roadmap

* Develop pricing strategies for software and services

* Provide technical and commercial support to sales team during acquisition and change activities

* Define use cases and top-level requirements on the road to automated driving with regional engineering, marketing and commercial teams

* Requires exceptional project management and communications skills

**Qualifications**

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 3 years of experience in the automotive or software industry

* 3 years in ADAS engineering development OR product management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Automotive experience in Driver Assistance field

* Attention to detail, in addition to strong analytical and problem solving skills

* Able to develop creative technical and commercial solutions to align to regional market demands

* Flexible and adaptive to internal processes and change

* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities

* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

* Ability to interact well with employees across various levels of the company and from various countries and cultures, as well as with customers on different levels within their organization

* Ability to present concepts, requirements and ideas to others, with the ability to push processes forward through various channels

* SaaS experience
