Role: Infrastructure Engineer Location: St. Cloud, MN (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Job Type: Full Time 
Qualification:

• A minimum of 10 years technical support experience in a small-to-medium sized company full-time experience supporting the following enterprise systems: M365, network, server, storage, IT security and telephony.

• A minimum of 5 years experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects.

• Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general system management best practices.

• Microsoft stack must be solid; Doesn t have to be in depth with everything else so long as they can identify problem and identify right resource- knows enough to diagnose a problem and escalate to the right person

• Ability to lead projects team lead rather than a manager so they are still hands on

• Cloud strategy -

• End point security exposure -

• Someone who can help to drive projects/move the needle but doesn t need to help manage the HR side of things/employees

• Hypervisor stack and server layer

• 10-20 plus hosts and 50-100 guests for hypervisor and server layer

• Networking

• Mid to Sr. level role they may be open to someone who has a min of 6 years (rather than 10) if they have solid experience developing cloud strategy.

• Experience handling security audits, end point security, and SharePoint/Teams implementations.

• Well rounded, more exposed jack of all trades type.
