Overview

Our Process Improvement Managers lead all aspects of scheduling, receiving, and shipping at the facility. Our ideal managers have experience in supply chain accounting, production planning and warehousing. Managers must be able to lead people to continuously improve in a collaborative, safe environment to ensure success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 4 years experience in an operations leadership role in food/beverage, consumer products, or production / warehouse / shipping industry
• Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing methodology
• Knowledge in statistical process control preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads a dynamic team providing safe and efficient operation of the facility to achieve our high-quality products using cost-efficiencies and our quality standards
• Oversees all shrink (loss), planning, inventory, supply chain accounting, receiving, and loadout activity for the facility
• Partners with Sales team by providing best-in-class service levels to produce and deliver product
• Leads team members by setting a positive example and identifying development opportunities and growth through the annual talent management cycle
• Owns team morale and initiatives that foster positive, meaningful employee-company relationship

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven leadership ability in creating/fostering a confident, competent, caring, creative and committed team throughout all levels of the plant
• Knowledge and ability to analyze, forecast, and plan production objectives

Ability to develop and implement standard policies and procedures to maintain consistent daily plant operations, including key safety, quality, and operational metrics
