Our National Security Solutions team needs a Sr. Network Engineer to support our expanding portfolio of work in the Intelligence Community (IC). As a collaborative member of a small and mostly autonomous team, this position directly supports secure enclave development networks. Core Tasks : * Configure and optimize network hubs, routers, and switches.
* Develop and implement network backup and recovery procedures.
* Diagnose network connectivity problems.
* Install and maintain network infrastructure device operating system software.
* Install or replace network hubs, routers, and switches.
* Monitor network capacity and performance.
* Patch network vulnerabilities to ensure information is safeguarded against outside parties.
* Test and maintain network infrastructure including software and hardware devices. Requirements : * Master's degree AND 10 years' experience, OR
* Bachelor's degree AND 12 years' experience, OR
* High school diploma and 15 years' experience as a Network Engineer
* Experience with Cisco IOS and PAN-OS
* Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
* Active DoD IAT Level III certification (e.g. CISSP, CCSP, GCIH, GCED, CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA; reference cyber.mil for current list of approved certifications)
* Cisco certification
* Ability to demonstrate cyber/IT related experience with attention to detail, customer service, oral and written communication, and problem solving.
