* Bachelor's degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical discipline.
* 10 years of experience in large-scale space systems integration and systems engineering on space vehicles, OPIR payloads, and TT&C subsystems.
* 10 years of experience working on a space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Program.
* Experience with the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, integration plans and schedules, and inter-service support agreements.
* Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification.
* Ability to identify, analyze, resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement recommended solutions.
* Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Highly motivated and dynamic work ethic with a strong desire to contribute to the DoD mission. Nice If You Have: * TS/SCI clearance.
* Master's degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical discipline.
* INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP).
* Experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space-based remote sensing systems.
* Experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines.
* Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02.

Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually.
