Applicants must have general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including elements of construction/installation, uses, repair, maintenance, and EPA Certification with HVAC knowledge & experience.
Requirements:

• HVAC or EPA Certification required
• Basic drywall
• Punch skills
• Basic Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Basic Electrical
• Appliance Repair & Troubleshooting Knowledge
• Apartment Service Request Experience preferred
• Must have own tools and transportation
• Must be available for flexible schedule to include emergency on-call rotation
