As a part of the America’s team, SANY is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking and highly-motivated Attachment Team Lead. With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business is expected to grow significantly in the coming years. Critical to this growth is the recruitment of a high-quality Attachment Team Lead, who is responsible for overseeing the performance of the Wilmington Attachment team. This individual will be responsible for training, coaching, and monitoring the performance of the attachment team members. This team member will support the Plant Manager with managing the attachment team to achieve the goals and objectives of the team. This position is located in Wilmington, NC.

 Key Responsibilities 

Attachment Team Lead is expected to: Responsible for coordinating daily activities of the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) floor team. This entails collaborating with other manufacturing departments such as Operations, Sales, Marketing and the Service Department. 

• Ensure all team members are adhering and working in a safe work manner and environment

• Lead by example and promote teamwork amongst the PDI team and other departments

• Monitor, direct and promote a clear 5S program to the Team Members

• Hold daily updates with Plant Manager on progress being made

• Distribute workload in order to meet daily targets 

• Coordinate with the Team Members about cross training in critical areas

• Standardize a work process for PDI to ensure area operates efficiently

• Collaborate effectively across all departments to ensure daily task are being completed

• Deadline driven and ability to communicate clearly

• Other duties as assigned

Professional Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Communicating with various levels of leadership

• Experience with attachment installations

• Data manipulation through Excel

• Experience with inbound and outbound functions

• Managing multiple priorities

• Conflict Resolution

• Attention to detail, sound time-management and organizational skills

• Experience with 5S concepts

Education Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of operational experience
