Overview:
We are currently looking to add a part time barista to our team at Slow by Slow!
Here at Slow by Slow, we are very passionate about two things- coffee and hospitality. We value care in every facet of the job from customer interactions to cup quality. We are looking for others with a similar love for serving their community and an interest in constant growth and learning in the specialty coffee realm.
The current position is 3 days a week- weekend availability is a must. Barista experience preferred but not required as we offer a standardized training program for every employee regardless of background and experience.
Pay begins at $10 with an increase to$11 after a 90 day probationary period. All tips go into a tip pool and are included on paychecks- tips average between an additional $9-$12 an hour.
