The ideal candidate will play a pivotalrole in the acquisition and oversight of residential loan purchases inaccordance with our underwriting guidelines. This requires performing mortgagedue diligence, while ensuring smooth coordination with our lending partners.Responsibilities: Pricepools of various loan types secured by real estate assets in order to maintainfunds monthly budget and achieve target ROE for investors. Interfacedaily with lenders to initiate trades and manage monthly volume. Bachelorsdegree from an accredited university is required. In-depthunderstanding and experience with Bridge, Fix & Flip, and DSCR loans. Knowledgeof appraisal valuations and comprehensive review processes. Provenability to manage and prioritize multiple projects efficiently.
