JOB SUMMARY: 

Reservations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily training & development of the Reservations Team. 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise employees to ensure calls, email requests, etc. are answered and handled timely, efficiently, and within established standards
• Book room reservations while focusing on maximizing room revenue and average rate using standard company rate quoting scenario at all times
• Support management and leadership, provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives
• Accountable for the effortless and seamless reservations process while providing exceptional levels of customer service

• Manage and communicate information regarding hotel occupancy, promotion, special reservation procedures, operational issues and special events
• Monitor daily sales activity 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years Reservations experience with increasing leadership responsibilities
• Two years prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
