Job Description
Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking an IT-Data Analyst for our client in the Banking domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract-to-Hire position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.
Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire
Location: Pittsburgh PA or Cleveland OH or Strongsville OH or Dallas TX or Birmingham AL (in any one of these locations)
Role: IT-Data Analyst
Primary Skills: Data Analysis
Role Description: The IT-Data Analyst must have at least 8-10 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Pulling data to develop recurring or one-time reports
- Building dashboards to support products
- Identifying requirements and data needed to build reports
- RTS project. (Windows, PowerShell will be moving to Linux)
- Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis
- Locating and fixing errors in reports
- Create a backlog and roadmap of future DI metrics and reporting enhancements
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends, issues, and performance improvements for capabilities
Required Experience:
- Some Python is fine, not a must a have.
- SQL Must have.
- Little bit Mongo DB will be needed.
- Oracle Database.
- Tableau – for Dashboard and reporting.
- Good graphical capabilities.
- Able to present graph.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
Travel: No
Local Preferred: Yes
Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
