BluZinc is Hiring a COO VP Operations eCommerce D2C Supplements Near Miami, FL

COO / Integrator or VP Operations a small, brilliant growth marketing, customer acquisition and retention video sales letter, VSL, email and sales copywriting marketing team who formulate CPG health supplement products for consumers that are sold via 3rd party digital marketplaces. This is effectively a startup Operting Copmany for their own D2C Supplements brand.

Remote based job opening anywhere USA on ET/CT time zones or from Isabela, Puerto Rico. Must come from a direct response, digital marketplace and eCommerce, B2C/D2C background in any of nutritional / health supplements, personal care (or similar GTM / Operating Model) and from a small company who have doubled and doubled profitable growth over a few number of years.

Operational Oversight: The COO is usually responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the company. This involves managing various departments such as production, sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Strategic Planning: Working closely with the CEO and other executives, the COO helps develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives. This may involve setting targets, formulating business strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Resource Allocation: The COO is often involved in resource allocation, including budgeting, staffing, and allocation of capital. They ensure that resources are utilized effectively to support the company's operations and growth initiatives.
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency is a key responsibility of the COO. This may involve implementing new technologies, optimizing workflows, and eliminating inefficiencies.
