Position Overview
Life Enrichment is searching for an extraordinary member for our Comfort Matters Team, which serves our residents who have trouble thinking. It would be ideal for this applicant to be an experienced CNA, but it would be possible for an unusually motivated applicant to receive CNA certification at Schowalter's expense after joining our staff. This staff member will be trained to be one of the Comfort Matters Leadership Team which includes a nurse manager and a social worker. Ultimately, they will be an active part of training and mentoring staff. We see this as a great career opportunity for an individual invested in the happiness and general well-being of our population experiencing dementia. Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidates must have, or be willing to obtain, a CNA license.
• Candidates must have, or be willing to obtain, Activity Director Certification.
• Support for those requirements is provided.

Physical Requirements:
Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly.
