As the Fluids Test Engineer, you will support test design and test execution for fluids components across our Lunar Lander product lines.Responsibilities:Write test plans and test procedures for fluid components, including development, and environmental qualification and acceptance campaignsAssist in support equipment design, budgeting, procurement, verification, and integrationMaintain fluids test equipment configuration control, calibration, and traceabilityParticipate in gated design and test readiness reviewsMaintain and operate pneumatic and cryogenic hardware and/or control softwareFollow safety policies during test planning and operationsTroubleshoot anomalies real-timeReduce, analyze, and archive test data to support verification tasksMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, civil engineering or related fieldExperience with pressurized equipment; developing, writing, and executing test procedures for servicing or leak-checking GN2 systemsExperience reading P&ID schematics/layout designsMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cryogenic and GHe test capabilities, including design, fabrication, installation, and operation.Experience with component testing of spaceflight hardware through the development, qualification, and acceptance of test campaignsExperience with test facility instrumentation and Data Acquisition and Control SystemsFamiliarity with cleanroom work and its associated best practicesProficiency in LabView, Python, MATLABCompensation range for on site WA applicants is $81,090-$113,526Other site ranges may differ#earlycareerInclusivity StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
