As the Behavioral Health Clinical Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading your team to deliver exceptional behavioral health services. Embrace your role as a guiding hero:

To excel as the Behavioral Health Clinical Team Manager, you should possess the following qualifications:
* *Education*: Hold an Associate's Degree in a nursing-related field.
* *Experience*: Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in home care as a Registered Nurse in either Home Health or Psychiatry/Behavioral Health, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
* *Licensure*: Maintain a current state license as a Registered Nurse, showcasing your expertise and dedication to providing exceptional care.
* *Technology Proficiency*: Exhibit proficiency with enterprise applications such as Workday and HomeCare HomeBase, as well as the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
