Blue Hat Coffee is Hiring a Second Shift Baker Near Farmington, MI

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including croissants, scones, breads, cinnamon rolls, stickie buns, cookies, brownies, pies, cheesecakes.
- Follow recipes and ensure the quality and consistency of products
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during all stages of food preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests
- Package baked goods for display or take-out orders
- Assist with catering orders and special events as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Strong baking skills, including knowledge of different techniques and ingredients
- Experience in pastry is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers and fulfill their bakery needs
- Proficiency in using knives and other baking tools/equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food production processes and ability to follow recipes accurately
