About this Role
Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Business Systems Analyst to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize technical aptitude and experience in supporting the automated processing and fulfillment of member, client, and physician print and digital communications. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external fulfillment vendors, driving process improvements, and enhancing tools for more accurate and efficient departmental goals.
In this role you will:
Lead business users, IT stakeholders, and external partners to drive decision-making and define requirements for application development
Ensure project deliverables are met by defining and negotiating project scope
Create comprehensive documentation of business requirements guiding application development efforts
Oversee project milestones and tasks, including the creation and validation of test cases

The Ideal Candidate
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Notepad
Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence)
Strong business and organizational skills
Advanced documentation skills and ability to perform comprehensive analysis
