Blood Assurance is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain business and mission critical systems. The Systems Administrator will be required to resolve complex technical issues on a variety of systems including: Server and Client hardware, Physical and Virtual Servers, Email, Firewalls, Switches, Printers and Video Conferencing/Telephony equipment. An in depth knowledge of best security practices is strongly preferred including Anti-virus, firewall policies, web filtering, surveillance cameras and physical access systems.

Must have a good attitude and provide excellent Customer Service with staff at all levels. You will also need a love of learning and willingness to try new approaches to solve problems. Travel between sites and blood mobiles will be occasionally required.

Requirements for consideration will include the following:

• At least three to five years prior related experience as an IT Technician or two or more years as a Systems Network Administrator or Systems Analyst required.
• Requires advanced working knowledge/ experience with Microsoft products, Server Virtualization, infrastructure cabling and Backups.
• In-depth knowledge of network security tools such as next gen endpoints, firewalls, IDS, IPS, SPAM filters, and general best network security practices is also desired.

Minimum education qualifications will include a degree in Computer Science or equivalent 2 year technology Associates Degree: a 4 year Technology Degree preferred. Technology certifications are strongly preferred.
