Thats where you come in.This role will be focused on driving engineering excellence into the design and deployment of our public clouds governance framework covering AWS, GCP and Alibaba. This involves working closely with engineering peers across Cloud, Infrastructure, Networks and Security as well as understanding and delivering on customer requirements across multiple public clouds and our private cloud. You will be passionate about cloud technologies and speak with authority on best practices and engineering discipline learned through trial and error, not just books and docs. This role will provide exposure to all elements of our hybrid cloud offering. If this sounds awesome to you, then lets talk.ResponsibilitiesTypical day-to-day responsibilities include the following:Support existing tools and utilities written in GolangUtilize Kubernetes for deploying and managing our suite of tools and servicesOperate and administer in a Linux environmentManage and improve the GitOps pipeline that is utilized by internal customersMaintain and support a framework written in Terraform for governing AWS, GCP, and AlibabaDesign, implement and maintain a governance frameworks using TerraformSkills/Experience3 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong emphasis on building resources in public cloudsProficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as codeExperience programing using languages such as Golang or PythonHands-on experience with KubernetesExperience with GitOps methodologiesFamiliarity with AWS, GCP, and Alibaba cloud platformsPlusesBuilding and implementing governance frameworks written in terraformProficiency in deploying and managing infrastructure using ArgoCDExperience in Azure, including provisioning and managing resources, implementing governance policiesKnowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environmentsExperience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, GrafanaThis role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations.
