Job Summary:
Blasius Auto Centers, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Brookfield, Connecticut. This is a full-time position that offers a base salary plus commission structure. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and ensuring a positive customer experience at our dealership. This is an individual contributor role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay of $40,000 to $140,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
- Commission structure on all sales
- Paid weekly

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our vehicles, products, and services
- Actively listen and respond to customers' needs, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Conduct test drives with potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits of our vehicles
- Negotiate sale and lease options on new and used vehicles
- Utilize various sales techniques to close deals and maintain customer satisfaction
- Generate and follow up on leads to generate new business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas set by the dealership
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and services
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales or business is a plus
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of CRM software
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
