SUMMARY: The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the on-boarding of new accounts from crib crawl, to site preparation, to go-live, and post go-live support. This position oversees and supports multiple implementation projects. The Implementation Manager is responsible for reviewing external client product demands, developing project plans and ensuring that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meeting/exceeding client expectations. The position is also responsible for overseeing the training of new crib personnel, and post go-live support. This role sets process and productivity standards for onsite teams, in making recommendations for headcount needs for crib operations, and developing and mentoring onsite personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for making safety a top priority on all projects

· Set expectations, establishing project timelines, and motivating internal participants to deliver within scope and on-time

· Responsible for overseeing the training of new crib personnel in the use of vending systems, P21, and other software or tools that are required in the carrying out of crib operations

· Coordinate with team to resolve all issues within required timeframes and recommend appropriate changes to all policies and procedures.

· Responsible for the development, identification, documentation, and rollout of process standards across all onsite operations

· Work strategically with internal stakeholders to plan for and execute business objectives

· Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of an implementation

· Responsible for overseeing the training of branch customer service teams in order to provide them with the skills and knowledge required to successfully manage an integrated account

· Develop and implement process improvements to enhance performance (labor productivity, safety, and process quality)

· Perform crib crawls to ensure data is consistently collected that meets the requirements of internal stakeholders (Sourcing, ESS, Supply Chain, etc.)

· Coordinate and organize the setup of the cribs, adhering to company standards for product and bin labeling, facilitating the use of BlackHawk’s HawkScan Bar Code Scanner

· Organize regular training, both remotely and in person, with crib personnel and with branch customer service teams

· Review client growth and feedback to iterate and improve on existing onboarding processes and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Expert knowledge of ERP Systems and Bar Code label printing

· Proficient at MS Office Suite of applications

· Ability to work on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and within fixed deadlines

· Ability to travel 50-75% of the time

· Ability to engage with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred

· 1– 3 years’ experience with project management and/or implementation

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

· Employee is regularly required to speak and hear English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer and other equipment.

· Employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to _55_ pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision.

PPE REQUIRED:

· Eye protection, ear protection, and as required by customer, steel-toed shoes and head protection.
