Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the security of the premises - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems - Enforce property rules and regulations - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks - Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary - Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records Skills: - Previous experience in a security-related role is preferred - Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices - Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and regulations - Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment - Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively - CPR and First Aid certification is a plus - Ability to perform surveillance and maintain vigilance at all times We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
