Our firm is looking for a seasoned litigator to join our Labor Law, construction accident team. You will be working on significant cases, that are highly litigated and go to trial. We are seeking an experienced attorney that is well versed in construction accident cases, including case review, pleadings, discovery, depositions. Trials are a plus. Our ideal applicant has 5 plus years of litigation experience, preferably focused on personal injury, construction accidents, Labor Law 240(1) cases.

Attorney Requirements and Qualifications

· Litigation experience (5 plus years) in New York, personal injury.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with construction accident cases
