We are opening our 2nd US Ambassade location in Boston, MA on Newbury Street in May of 2024. Role: Spa Coordinator/Brand Ambassador The right candidate is comfortable in a high-end luxury environment and for who client experience is a priority. Spa Coordinators serve as the friendly and welcoming face of the spa, keep operations organized and running smoothly, while always portraying a polished and professional demeanor. You will be our clients first and last impression. This position reports to and supports the Boutique & Spa Manager. Responsibilities:
Greet clients and assist them during their visit, ensuring a positive, consistent guest experience.
Act as a host and owner of the BR experience
Deliver gracious hospitality and ensure a smooth and successful check-in and check-out process
Assist clients with pre-appointment forms
Schedule, maximize and coordinate appointments.
Manage spa phone & email communications including : answering client inquiries, appt request, and general product & service knowledge.
Sell services, packages, retail products & take payments.
Ensure the spa operations run smoothly; track inventory, stock supplies, keep spa aesthetics presentable.
Supervises daily operations including opening and closing procedures and general spa maintenance: ensure areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
Perform follow-up calls after certain procedures.
Who you are:
Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service and phone skills
Social perceptiveness and situational awareness, especially in a luxury environment
Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
5 years of customer service experience
2 years of Sales experience in a retail environment
2 years in the spa industry and/or hospitality, particularly skincare
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or GSuite
CPR/First Aid Certified a huge plus
