The City of Worcester seeks qualified applicants for the Mentorship Leadership Experience (M.L.E.) Program Coordinator (Site Coordinator) position for the Division of Youth Opportunities within the Department of Health and Human Services. Under the direction of the Program Coordinator, the (M.L.E.) Program Coordinator is responsible for program development, staff training, family engagement, staff supervision and the M.L.E program. Primarily, this position will lead and develop a group of 13-14-year-olds in a youth workforce readiness program. The position will also work with the Recreation Worcester staff to support the implementation of athletic, academic and arts programs for various age groups.
