Job DescriptionA client in the Houston, TX area is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join their team. This person will beresponsible for creating systems to automate the validation and verification process of software components and products. They will also be ensuring systematic assessment of defined functions or workflows on each product build, and detect regression due to code change; perform tests that cannot be done manually. A typical day will involve designing and developing automated tests, review and edit user documentation for technical correctness, and review software requirements documentation to provide input to improve product effectiveness, integration and usability.
