Big Sky Resort is Hiring a Health Club Attendant Near Big Sky, MT
The Health Club Attendant works within a team to provide excellent customer service in order to deliver an exceptional experience at Big Sky Resort to our guests. Primary responsibilities are oversight, care and maintenance of health club and pool areas.
Responsibilities:- Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner
- Ensure guests sign into health club and are aware of and abide by health club policies
- Clean and stock restrooms, pool areas, fitness centers, and health club storage areas
- Monitor use of fitness centers and pool areas.
- Remove and replace pool covers at open and close
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of pools, hot tubs, and pool areas (i.e. shoveling snow and skimming leaves from pool surface)
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive culture of productivity and professionalism
- Communicate professionally and effectively with guests, employees and managers
- Communicate, in detail, with manager on duty and security, when needed
- Abide by and uphold Big Sky Resort and Boyne, USA policies and procedures
- Willing to work rotating shifts that will fluctuate weekly.? Shifts are: 6:30 a.m. - 2:30p.m. and 2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
- Punctual, self-starting team player.
- Entry level position requiring the desire to learn about our hospitality environment
- Ability to stand and walk for duration of an 8-hour shift
- Must be physically fit and able to stand/walk/bend for a full shift. Able to lift 30-40 lbs, additional lifting with assistance, push/pull up to 100lbs unassisted.
- Able to work independently and complete a daily check-list
- Must maintain a positive attitude and have attention for detail
